I'm a bit confused by the G18U seeding brackets and games. I understood that a "Division 1" would be established based on the reults of regionals, state finishes, etc. And yet, the seeding brackets look just like they have in the past. What happened?

It has always been based on the amount of teams, there is not enough in girls 18 for two divisions at this point.
